This teacher is telling kids that my child is evil because I practice Wicca my child does not she attends the baptist church. I have called the school, the school board and they will do nothing. I have a letter that this teacher wrote signed and notarized that is full of these lies. I keep hoping this will stop she's hurting a innocent child. But last night it escalated and the kids threw rocks at my child calling her an evil witch. Luckly she was not hurt but it's getting worse I've tried talking to the teacher and she had her boyfriend threaten me. I'm out of options here and need a direction to go so that I may protect my child.

If the school board will do nothing about it. I would go to your local newspaper and ask them to write the story. Maybe that will force them to do something. But I would seek legal advice first. The school has a responsibility to keep the kids safe without prejudices. Wicca or baptist shouldn't matter.

Hire an attorney, ASAP! Then, take this case to court. You have evidence (the letter) and your daughter can also talk about what has been going on. This is an act of hate and if you take it to court, the teacher will be definitely reported, taken out of that school, and may not be able to teach again. And, the school board will be severely punished for not taking action. Sue the teacher for Harrasment Charges and sue the school board for taking no legal action or even one look at the case.

I would take legal action against the school and teacher, and possibly change schools.
Talk to a lawyer in your area who handles cases of school abuse, and make sure to bring all the proof you can (like the letter.) Once you've gotten a lawyer involved, the school will probably take action very quickly.
The teacher should be fired for this kind of behavior against a student. No matter what you and your child practice, it's not the teacher's place or right to inform others, or treat your child any differently.

there are these things that you may like to do......

Take legal action against the teacher and the school board for their inaction to stop this.

Secondly, Change your daughter's school as after this she will not be happy in this school any longer.

Most important would be to talk to your daughter. I get the impression that she is very young. You wouldn't want her to be confused and emotionally scarred. So, according to her age... explain the situation to her and be an emotional pillar of strength for her till the situation is under control.

All the best .....

1st you should take your child out of that school; 2nd if they dont listen to you there is a district that controls the schools; (I dont know where U live) but there is a school district in your area where U can go and report not only her but all the people @ the school who didnt help U to solve your problem. If nothing works, take her to court....she is violating your and your child's rights because you are not causing her any harm and she is causing you and your child to be hated and abused by your community.

Good luck and take your child out of school as soon as possible kids are very bad and there is not only emitional harm but physical what they may cause to your kid.

This may sound wrong to some people, but, could you suspend practicing wicca until your daughter is grown? Unfortunatley, this world does not embrace that practice yet(among others), and the other people may be afraid for their children because they don't understand. They, unfortunatley, will take this out on your daughter through school, etc. This shouldn't be her burden to bare. She has enough to worry about just growing up. I am afraid for your daughter because bullying can get very mean and really affect who she is/becomes. Please help her.

Stop telling people you practise Wicca. Now you're gonna have to move. I personally think Wicca is BS and people don't understand it. How did all these people find out you practise it? What were you thinking telling people. Now your child suffers from your beliefs. I suggest you move and move her to another school for her own safety and keep it to yourself.

Give me a number to call...seriously, email it to me. I'm Wiccan myself and we all need to stick together. Seriously...give me a number to call and I WILL take care of it. I'm a Virgo....I can always argue my way out of something!

Blessed be!
