Yes -- there are law schools that aren't as hard as others. You can look at US News & World Reports. They rank law schools. The ones that are ranked highly are harder than the ones that are not ranked highly.

Two California Law Schools are in the top ten (Stanford and Berkeley). There are Five California schools listed in the fourth tier.

Before you get excited by this fact, you should realize that people who go to the harder schools usually pass the Bar Exam on the first try and get high paying jobs. Those who go to the lower ranked schools often fail the Bar Exam and then struggle to get decent work.

For example:

At Stanford, 92% pass the bar exam, 99% are employed at graduation and 99% are employed nine months after graduation.

California Western School of Law is a fourth tier law school. Only 58% pass the bar, only 38% are employed at graduation and only 48% are employed nine months after graduation.

I could keep in-state. The school is inexpensive and the legislation faculties are greater recognized. California legal professionals are acquainted with even cut down ranked faculties, however no longer South Texas and so on. At the very least, you must keep at the West Coast if that is in which you desire to paintings. Also, hold in brain that every state has it is possess bar examination, that you have got to cross to train legislation in that state. You could be greater all set to cross the California bar and train within the state should you went to legislation institution in California. California additionally has quirky legislation and is extra bureaucratic than different states...it's great to research there should you desire to pratice legislation within the state.
