some people are so wrong about feminists?

i hear people say that they hate men ("anti men"), or that they are poor or sl*ts (i'm not kiddin), then i heared people say that they want to control men.

then some women believe that they should have speacial treatments..that they are better than men and they call themselves feminists...

NO PEOPLE! feminists are just women (or men) that believe women should have equal rights..it can be anything from free speach to sexuality..that's it.

+why didn't i put this on women's studies? dunno i didn't pay attention =)

The idea of a society with true equal rights scares those men who haven't had to work for special privileges they have and those women who are afraid to take full responsibility for themselves.

I hope you are a young woman. I am not.

Sometimes, it is hard for me to watch some ladies in this generation of young working women take for granted the advances they enjoy (because of the work older women did for them), AND still denigrate the idea of feminism. If you are young, I salute you.

Preach it! I get sick of it, too. And the thing is, so many women who don't talk the feminist talk walk the feminist walk every day, insisting that they are as good as men and have a right to do what they need and want.
