What team could I go to in either Scotland and England that would give me managerial experiance, could improve as a team, has a good budget and also keep me out of the media lime light while I get used to the game?

choose a team high in the leauge's, this will create short games with healthy budgets and good players to get you in the swing of things. When you feel more confident you can work with less popular teams and games will last longer. Ultimately you will be choosing teams that are nearing low relegation! this will lead to much more complex but enjoyable gaming, whilst on a tighter budget. It is possible to play a team up from low relegation, great game!
