that it can cause your arm to snap?? This happened in our local pub when my son and his friends were arm wrestling for fun...then....SNAP! His friend's arm broke!!
I sometimes arm wrestle for fun but me didn't know it could do that!!

Was it really the result of arm wrestling... or horsing around?
Lets not mention poor nutrition (i.e. Vitamin D, calcium, etc.)?

Oh yeah I saw it on t.v at some arm wrestling competition and dudes arm just snapped. It was kinda distgusting
