How sweet that you even want to try. Try staying in a good mood regardless of your trouble. You set the mood for others around you. If you are in a cranky mood then it doesn't take long for others to follow. If you are in a good mood then....the same. There are many things that you can do that don't require money. Go to the park and take a walk. Get outside and enjoy the air.
If you have a little extra...go on a "date". Make time for her and never forget to tell her how much you love and respect her.

Share with her your problems, Tell her you love her and make it an effort to take her out on dates. You can also bring a little something everyday, when you come home from work, it doesn't have to be expensive, it could be a her favorite candy bar, a drink, a Rose, a card, things like that make a women happy because she knows you are thinking of her.

little romantic gestures like running a bath or making her a cup of tea and place a sticky label on it with i love you drawn on it. Leave post it notes in her coat pocket to surprise her.
You don't have to go over the top and fancy, just show her that you think about her.
Little gestures like this are free and mean every thing.

First it took both of you to get into the mess. So both of you have to help one another out. It never hurts to pay extra attention to your wife. Run her bath,do dishes, take her for a coffee (thats my fav). Do not fight about money, talk about it but don`t fight. And don`t worry you are not alone. Have your wife come on here Y&A and chatter. Yup I have been there too. Good luck to both of you!!!

Share your worries with your wife and give her the change to tell you how she feels about it. Men tend to keep quiet about their worries and then the woman feel that their not needed. I know you probably feel as if you can't provide for your family, but woman don't see things like that. If you share your worries with your wife, she'll feel better and it will make you feel better as well. Marriage is about sharing and sometimes we tend to forget that!

Smile and tell her everything is going to be alright. Tell her that you will make it thru this, together. Tell her how much you love her and that you could not imagine going thru this without her. Tell her that she is your best friend and that knowing how much she loves you is what gets you thru the day.
Turn some music on. Dance with her in the living room. Make her smile and just thrive on that. Believe in your heart that better days will come. Let her see that in you and she will believe it too.

Sounds like you are talking about my husband and me. What would make me happier? To hear the words I love you and a hug. My husband wouldn't do that for me, and he won't let me do that for him.

Yes I can relate to what you're saying 'cos I also react badly with my other half when things are not too good for me ...but we got to remember not to hurt the ones we love 'cos they are the ones who are always there to catch our fall. It's hard to snap out of any problem when it's constantly on your mind but just try remember to treasure what you got and don't throw it away....Hope it all works out ok. :-)
