There are a bunch of crazy people out there pushing this idea. The one question that everyone needs to ask is why? Who in their right mind would do this? Any one who thinks the government is this evil has some serious problems.
The government can't plan beyond the next election, how could they plan a strategic attack with long term impacts like this.

Yes, the Clintons did it, to make Bush look bad.
Think about it, Hillary moves to NY, to run for senate, so she can be close and supervise. Bill sets up an office in Harlem as a place to hide the explosives. Chelsea was on, or near, the scene - mother and daughter couldn't get their stories straight on where she was, and almost gave away their plot.
I hope people recognize sarcasm.
See how easy it is to spin a tale, once one loses all semblance of reason?
