If it were gorillas vs. black bears I would say the gorilla"s . But definitely the bears if a grizzly or polar bear. Your question reminds me of a TV show which I liked but have not seen in a few months called animal face off in which they would concoct scenario's like this in a virtual reality type face off to determine winners . One such show involving a silver back depicted it in a battle with a leopard . Attacked in surprise fashion from the back the leopard leaped onto the gorilla at which time the gorilla flipped the big cat onto the ground breaking it's back and killing it in short order . Though both could easily kill me I somehow find the gorilla more menacing , perhaps it's the intelligence attributed them.

I think either side would lose. Both are stong, aggressive and very lethal weapons. Claws, fists it would be an ugly scene. Both sides would get injured but no, there will not be any winner. Well if you go into more scientific research, there will be a winner but I'm not sure about that.

The bears would win because they weigh alot more and in animal fights size counts for everything.

Strange question. I'd have to go with the bears, if they were of the aggressive grizzly variety or something. Why did I answer this..
