when i was cooking i got real hot and it felt like i going to fall out.

thats bcos you got dehydrated on the amount of heat from cooking

Did you drink any water? If you go without water for 3 days, then you will dehidrate. That was probably what it was.... if it is, be sure you drink plenty of water.
Another thing is that you may have gotten too close to the stove. For instance, when you open the oven after it's done preheating, the heat from inside of the oven will rush out in you face for when you get too close after you open it up. This tends to make you feel terribly hot and tired for some reason. That is probably what happend, it happens to me all the time, so be sure to becareful around the oven or stove.

The heat must have got to you. Try to air the kitchen with a window open because it can get very hot in there!

when you get too hot too fast this is what happens its just like summer time,when it gets too hot you feel like fainting...when you are cooking is the same way....remember when cooking keep a glass of water nearby!

Are you taking any prescription medicine?
Are you using illegal drugs?
Are you pregnant?
Have you talked to your doctor?
