i mean 2 say "inspite of having how can they" achieve bloo color of the baby,if they want to do so? ive heard gene adoption or sumthin u can buy beautiful eyes(not the organs n stuff)

I am a scientist. While it is possible to increase chances for having a boy or girl, it's really not possible (yet) to determine other traits such as eye color. Determining the sex is fairly easy since their is a weight difference in the sperm for male and female (The male Y chromosome is smaller than the female X chromosome). It is possible to simply separate the sperm cells by weight and fertilize an egg in vitro (in a petri dish) and then implant it back.

Determining eye color is a very complicated matter and would be very difficult to do without doing multiple fertilization's, checking embryo's and then destroying the ones that did not have the color you want - not a very nice thing to do -
