A Star Destroyer would disable the Star Ship Enterprise, and then Darth Vader would board and cut all of the crew to pieces with his lightsaber. Then the Star Destroyer would destroy the Enterprise.

Hard to say given differences in tech levels, but it seems worth noting (at least for us geeks ;) ) that the star destroyer is designed as a warship, wheras the enterprise is designed as a research/exploration vessel with military capabilities.
Note that the star destroyer's dagger shape allows for every gun on its surface to aim straight forwards when attacking.
Also note that the 'star destroyer' is in fact the _smallest_ warship in the imperial navy (excluding fighters of course, which are not really 'warships'). They are designed as fighting ships that complement the much larger battleships (i.e. vader's command ship, etc, often called 'superstardestroyers' by rebels who clearly don't know much about naval nomenclature ;) )

Phasers and photon torpedoes are no match for the "dark side".
