Bush has nothing to do with the real problem: BAD LAW. In 1950 there were about 10,000 federal laws within the U.S. Code (USC), today thre are over 150,000, and most of that legislation makes it easier for the government to control the population. Also most of those laws were lobbied by special interest groups and are BAD. The repeal of bad law is very low on any politician / legislators priority list, less than .001% of law in this country is ever repealed.
We very dearly need a sundown clause imbeded in our Constitution to automatically repeal bad and useless law.

First of all his administration isnt a "regime". Second of all, he hasnt been "usurped". Third of all, why would laws signed by President Bush be "repealed"? I dont find any of the laws signed by him to reprehensible in any way. I believe he was instrumental in lower taxes which has had a undeniably positive effect on our economy, which is booming. I know I liked more money in my pocket. Terrorist threats have been thwarted. I guess im just not seeing what is so horrible in our country that was caused by President Bush. I guess I am still voting Republican next week.

So you would have us remove Sarbanes-Oxley? And No Child Left Behind? You need to stop taking your political cues from the Daily Show and actually learn what laws exist in America, especially which ones have come into being under Bush and are extremely beneficial to America.

Since I disagree with your premise that Bush usurped his election, I won't comment on the rest of your question.
Bush was elected. Get over it.

Well, if you include the Medicare prescription drug benefit that was the largest entitlement program since LBJ in that list, then I might actually be for it.
