how can i make a scary voice call like the one in saw3 or scream?

I want to leave a message for someone without them knowing its me. I ideally want to sound like the guy in the film 'Saw'. Does anyone know of any device i can use to help me create the effect?

you need to buy a voice box that makes that sound... i've seen them at toys r us and spencers gifts... good luck

id try spencers they have all those thing thats where i gto mine becaue ion fact i did that on halloween i tryed to scare my friend well hope you can find it!!! or you can tr ebay
