It won't add up to full time earnings, but have you thought about some of the online options? For example, as well as posting here I post at http://www.mylot.com/?ref=nancygibson which works the same way, but you get paid for every question or respornse or picture you post. Its made a very useful extra income for me and hardly seems like work at all. Just a thought if that might appeal at all.

There is selling things on Ebay, also gives you a good opportunity to have a good clear out of all your junk. Might come across some forgotten hidden treasure that could be sold for hundreds!

Take any old computer games or dvds to one of them games stores that will buy em off you.

Invest in good stocks, before the market turns into bear, sell your shares and buy real estate. Otherwise go into options and then sell you options before going into real estate.
Buy a house to rent out with positive cashflow. Once the property market appreciate sell the property and go into investing in businesses.
Good enough outline for ya? If you are going to just get quick cash though, buy and sell options.
