Sorry,. without knowing what the questions were, I couldn't even guess as to why they were removed. They could have violated the guidelines or someone reported them as violations. You should have received emails explaining the reason for the removals.

Yahoo is strict about what it lets be seen public.
And besides, it was probably Yahoo! answers people that reported you.

Could be that they were not questions/ were advertising / spam
check the rules.
