Their pure innocense. Their playfulness and being carefree.
I love being with my grand daughters because I can do things I did as a child again; go inner tubing in the snow and screaming like a kid, slide thru tubes, jumping in huge piles of leaves, building sand castles on the beach, playing hide-n-seek, laugh until my side hurts, having tea parties and dancing until we can't dance no more.
All of this helps me deal with my daily life much better.

Some obnoxious children visited looking for Halloween candy last night that must be only attractive to their parents.
One of them, in a group of about five, dressed in a little Army Ranger's outfit, wanted to count the pieces of candy each one of his friends received to make sure that no one got more than he did. "Hey man. He got more than me." This was somehow more offensive than the little princess who just walked in, grabbed a handful of candy, and walked out.
