Get some double thick place mats, cut a rectangle the size of the photograph minus a 1/4 inch through one layer of the fabric on the front with an exacto knife. Slip the photograph and a piece of that clear plastic stuff cut the same size as the photograph into the hole. The plastic stuff will protect the photo from spills. Trim the edges of the cut place mat with something pretty....and there you go.

Walmart has clear palce mats, put photos on a cloth mat or table cloth and set clear over it.
If yours doesn't then try an art supply store, you want a clear acetate or mylar
I would drape a table cloth, place the photos on it and then cover the table with a clear table cloth, they have that by the roll in the fabric department of Walmart and it is sold by the inch , I think, so you can measure your table and go to them to cut it.
