I think that no matter what your skin tone, hair style or eye color is black will always be the sexiest color on a girl. It can be used as a classy look or a sexy look, not to mention that you can flare black up with any color accessory!

Really depends on what race they are. One color would look fine on an African(American) and look really bad on a caucasion. Same with one color look good on a hispanic and really bad on an asian.
