HOW is this a violation???? I answered the question and just because the asker didn't like my answer (which is an answer BTW) I get reported. That's BS! Who agrees with me? Any answer to a question is still an answer whether it makes sence or not.

Bec - Why don't you answer it then? Obviously the question makes sense to you. I know quite a bit about the subject actually and would've answered the question with a more detailed answer had the question made any sense.

That is just nuts....the question doesnt make sense! What else are you supposed to do. At least you let the person know their question makes no sense so they can fix it. Oh well, always something!!!

It seems like the person asking just didn't have a good grasp of the English language. If you try and take a few minutes to translate it or figure out what they are asking - it is a question and does makes sense:
Who is contrive the Halloween = Who contrived Halloween? Who made up Halloween?/Who invented Halloween?
That being said, if you have no idea how to answer an question, just skip it and move on!

I agree with you..it is BS. I didn't think it made sense either. And I probably would ahve answered about the same way actually. I guess they didn't like knowing that they obviously don't know how to either spell or phrase a complete question.
Sorry this happened to you.

It's a badly worded question to begin with
"Who first conceived the idea of Halloween?"
"Is Halloween a contrived holiday?"
YOu got hosed for this one, my friend.

They never make good sense. I will ask a good question and then it will be deleted. My brother can ask the same question and it stays. ( We tried an experiment ) Most likely someone is out to get you. So be careful.

Your answer makes sense to me. The question made no sense so it sounds like someone screwing around trying to cause trouble asking the question.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to take much to either get reported or have your posts deleted on this site.

that ISNT an answer, you shouldnt even try to answer if you dont know how to answer it, obviously you know nothing of the subject and are just looking for excuses to get points.
