bigshot is on the money, the only thing I would add, is to check and see if your blower has a manual switch, and if it is switched to the off position? Just pull the door open and look in it would be connected to the mess of wires coming out of the blower motor, and then to the controller that tells when the burn chamber is hot enough to kick it on.

About the only thing an untrained person can check on a condensing furnace is to make sure the outdoor vent outlet screen is not frozen over with ice or snow (if it is near ground level). The unit should have shut down on a safety before any water collected inside the furnace, so it is probably in need of repair by a skilled technician.

ok if it lights you got gas and gas valve is working then the heat chamber"where the fire burns" has to heat up enough to tell a little sensor w/two wires on the side where the fire is, that it is warm enough to start blowing. "The sensor should be in side front panel" That little sensor there is not telling the blower to come on . it a little round flat button type thing w/ 2 wires. Its basically a power gate. u can change it . your furnace is then getting too hot and turning itself off because its too hot no blower to send out air. to replace sensor turn off power take part w/you to heat/ac supply and they will give you another its that easy good luck im sure that is it

If it is new you had better call the furnace man back. There is a sensor that will turn it on when it reaches a certain temperature. The more modern ones now have a whole circuit board in there. You need to call wo ever installed it.

If it's new, call the company that installed it and have them come and check it. There may be a short or something not connected correctly.
Perhaps a blown fuse.

have a repair man come over and check the thermometer on it. It might have gone out and you need a new one. That happened to ours.
