Yes. These schools call themselves "predominantly black colleges" or "historically black colleges". Being white will not prevent you from attending. For example, at Howard University, which is a prestigious historically black university, 86% of their students are black. Most historically black colleges have 13% or higher non-black students.
So if you're white, and you're interested in attending a historically black college, or a college that is majority black, apply.

Yes. They are allowed to go to black colleges. Black colleges formed at a time in our country's history when blacks were not allowed to go to white colleges. Many of the black colleges were started by white people who felt it was important to advance the education of blacks. Currently blacks predominate at black colleges but many whites go there fo a variety of programs, including medical or dental school. There are also Native American colleges...mainly out west. Due to the racism that still exists in majority white colleges, a lot of young blacks still prefer to go to black colleges.

I dont know but I dont think it is not right if they have black colleges. Let us try to have a white college and see what happens. My daughter is going to apply for the american ***** college fund, and yes she is white. Let see what happens there.
I am not a racist but I think these type things only cause reverse discrimination. Discrimination in any form is wrong. Black people say it is because of what white people did in the past. If they truly thought it was wrong they would want it to stop and not be the cause of reverse discrimination. I repeat discrimination in any form is wrong.
