but now i have this feverish intent to pursue mba in iim,and i have got 3yrs till 'd' day but what i want to know is,whether prior work experience is necessary and is it a disadvantage if you're not an iitian or an engineer?

foran mba u need to be graduate from any course .and it does not matter u how many times u flunged.u have to struggle 1st yr of mba..but in 2nd yr u have an options...where u can choose those subjects which ur good at{thoery or practical}...its is not at all disadvantage if ur not an engineering or iitian. y dont u go through syllabus books , so that u have idea of the subjects
