Where is the preposition at?

Yes but it's not "proper" grammar...depends on what context. If it's for a paper/essay, I wouldn't. If it's something more casual, most ppl aren't picky about that.
Case in point: When I was in high school, I was on yearbook staff--my senior year we titled the yearbook "What Are You Driving At?", and nobody cared, b/c it was just a yearbook. It wasn't a research paper or something for a grade. :-) Hope this helps!
