god made women frome adam's rib to stand at his side, not his ankle to be at his feet, therefor ,they r equal

I don't believe any of that Adam's rib stuff but I fully agree that men and women are entirely equal.
This also means that I reject any notion of positive discrimination because by definition it doesn't respect the concept of equality.

It takes both men and women to "make the world go round" so I would say they are equal and that they compliment each other. Sharing things to create a better life and world for the future generations. No one is better than another whether it be male or female:black or white or Indian. whatever. GOOD LUCK

but i will say women are equal to men as are gays lesbians transgenders and intersex
we are all equal every one we all shoould have the same rights
and chose our own lives to live
god is a made up thing as is the bible once the world realizes this the world will be in piece and we will all be equal

People aren't equal. People are unique. Just because I can do certain things better than you doesn't mean that I'm better than you in general, as you likely can do certain things better than me. Equality has never existed, and for good reason.

Hmm, sounds like a religious questioner trying to stir up trouble between gays and lesbians. Biblical references on equality are suspect at best, evil at worst.
