Sorry, Kathy W, but I know I'm not really an orc. Sometimes you feel like an orc though and sometimes not... Maybe I needed to vent for a little bit and maybe it was a good learning experience. Orcs are mean, but in some ways I noticed that my "orc" was more direct and honest with itself and what it represented. I don't agree with the orcs, but I understand a bit more now about where they are coming from... Maybe we should all build some orc empathy... So we learn more about the difference between empathy and sympathy ('cause I definitely don't agree with them!).
Orcs are also mean and this gave me a forum to try that strategy out because I felt like I was needing to be mean at work the get things done with unresponsive people (lazy slugs!). Now I know that being mean doesn't help at all, so I never turned to that in "real life." Sorry to the people traumatized by ORCS!
