I need an agressive lawyer willing to fight for me. The platform into the ride is a distance apart. upon trying to enter my foot caught the end of the platform resulting in my left ankle to twist and break.

I hate people who sue over every sprained ankle. get some pride. you're clogging up the court system.

Don't listen to the others. I would sue, too. I unfortunately don't know any good lawyers, but call the city or something. By the Bill of Rights, you are entitled to a free lawyer.

Good luck, Disney has more lawyers, also the tickets basically say use the park at your own risk and that they are not responsible for any negligence on their part. But I feel you should get compensation for a broken ankle.

Google "Martindale-Hubbell." The Martindale-Hubbell Law Encyclopedia will give you a list of attorneys broken out by state and even lists their area(s) of specialty. You want a lawyer that specializes in tort litigation or negligence cases.

Sorry- be more careful next time. I'm wondering what ride had this death trap. I've been there 6 times and managed to avoid it somehow. Good luck on that- they aren't as lenient with frivolous law suits as they were years ago.
