I'm in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil and it's noon.
It's a wonderful sunnyday!
People are going out from offices, for having lunch...
Trafic is hard, a lot of people will go out of the city this afternoon, cause tomorrow is holiday.
(And I am thinking tomorrow I will go to the beach! YEAHHHH!)

North East England. It's 2:59 PM and there's absolutely nothing going on outside at the moment; although there were salesmen and Jehovah's Witnesses about a bit earlier. As I peer over my cat in the front windowsill, all I see are neighbour's front doors and a pile of rubbish someone has deposited for our viewing pleasure. Looking out the back I see the Russian vine still holding on to it's blooms, a back wall covered in ivy; the roof and 1903 plaque on the pub across the way, a small apple tree whose beginning was an apple core planted by my step-son, an empty wash line, oh... and there goes the cat trying to sneak past while I'm not paying attention...

I'm in West Yorkshire, England, its 2.55 pm, nothing happening on my street right now, its sheer bliss during the day as everyone is either at work or out somewhere, all I can see out of my window is the houses opposite and the washing on their washing lines.

Switzerland, 16:48. All is quiet and peaceful in the street. I can see some pine trees, some houses (I live in the suburbs). Sun's going down. Temperature is quite cold. Got myself a packet of gummi bears, gonna kick back and watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm" later.

I'm in Brunei (top bit of Borneo) in South East Asia - it's pitch black outside and the occasional fire cracker is still going off despite Ramadan and Hari Raya being over. It's been raining so the tree frogs are making a racket. It's currently 22.56.

UK, Hampshire 14:54.
My street is sunny and quiet...there is a tree which a few weeks ago was full of brown leaves...and now it's getting bare (I know because it's the one tree that blocks the houses behind it seeing me when I'm on the toilet with the door open!!).
