My friend and her ex-boyfriend went out for almost an year.And he told her he loved her but that didn't stay the same.And also he has another girlfriend with an baby girl.But she's still stuck on him and can't get off.

He is a bad habit. She needs to ask herself why she has so little pride that she would want a so-called man that has cheated on her and has a child with another girl. Right now, she needs to list all of the things he has done to hurt her, and then she needs to get mad. Being a habit, he will take time to get over. She needs to get a life that does not include him. Some suggestions (1) start taking study courses to improve her employment opportunities. (2) travel on weekends that she is not working, go with her girlfriends. (3) get into counselling to find out why she would want this loser. (4) I don't know how old she is, but if she is no longer a minor, move, change her telephone #. (5) when he trys to come back to her, tell him to hit the road jack.

tell her she has to let him go, for crying out loud he has a family now and what she is trying to do is to break it apart. he has a responsiblity on his hands now, it isnt like when she and him were together, its over, its time for her to move on. tell her that you know it going to hurt her very deeply but that is what life is, we heal from our pain to show strenghth later on. Writing this maybe easy, but doing it, is hard because i had been where she is at now but eventually i let him go and i am happy now because i found someone who is somewhat like him but better. She will find someone like her ex but better in everyway possible, in order for God to do his plan in our lives, he wants us to let go things that are keeping us back.

your girl friend needs to keep herself busy with her good friends and get out to meet new people.don't let her get hung up in long conversations concerning her old love.show her other ways to fill her life.
