My biggest weakness? .... Well , I have a lot of areas I would like to improve in but if I was to chose the one that I am focused on right now it would be my tendency to over commit and say yes to more projects than I can handle. I find this an area I need to strengthen because I have found it is important to prioritize and focus on my commitments so that I get quicker and better quality results.

Interviewers ask that question because they want an honest answer. They want to know what you are willing to learn and build upon by working there. No matter what it is, say it. If you have no weaknesses, then they think you are perfect- not a good start if you are trying to get employed. Perfect people are not allowed in their facility. Answering that question doesn't make you ineligible for the position. Unless you have weaknesses in EVERYTHING they ask you about. Perhaps you don't speak up when things aren't right and you know it. Let them know that that is your weakness but that you are willing to improve upon that as time progresses. Your potential employers just want to know if you are a team player and are willing to let others who have strong points in your weak area help you improve. Good luck and answer honestly.
