Does stress affect your sex drive? If you are having problems at work or elsewhere, but the relationship is good, does it affect you?I've heard that it does, and it seems to be happening in my relationship, just curious if stress really does affect a man's libido.

Stress, depression, tiredness - even a poor diet can all effect a man's labido, just as it often does in women. The problem with stress is that if not careful it can feed the cycle making for a long struggle.

Best thing is to be supportive and try to be understanding. After all when one side is having problems in this area, it can quickly be larger problem if not handled well initially. Might be a good time to try being creative so that it again becomes something fun - and an experience which even if penetration doesn't occur that you can still enjoy each other still :)

Yes it sure can. Making sure that you two are eating a well balanced diet will help some and cutting back on alcohol will help a lot. Many times when people stress, the drink and that will cut down a guys libido more than just about anything.

Yes stress can lower your sex drive. Sex is also a great reliever of stress. The best thing for you to do when hubby isnt in the mood is to take charge and be aggressive. You get on top for a change chances are after a little fun done by you he will come around and get into it

It depends on the stress, and how the individual person reacts to it. If it's "positive" stress (working a big project and things are going well, even though it's hectic), then I wuold say it could boost your sex drive. If it's negative (big project going poorly, worried about money, or job security, or illness), then your sex drive would be in the pits...

Speaking from experience....

Yes it does, you have the worries of your job on you and if other things come up it really does hurt your sex drive. But thats when you need a good woman to come and take your mind off your troubles
