there was too little brownish spotting just once on 22th of cycle and then another 3 days nothing just little cramp..is it a early period or sign?

It is a 50 50 chance really. I did not have nipple sensitivity until I was well into my 6 month of pregnancy. Some have it at the beginning of their first trimester. Womens bodies are all different when it comes to pregnancy. I would suggest to take a home pregnancy test as soon as you are able to. You will never really know until you do.

You can't be certain from that because everyone is different and so are the symptoms for each individual pregnancy.
The only sure way to know is to just take a pregnancy test. They are fairly cheap and extremely accurate.
