Yes its possible. My uncle had to get it done when he was in his 50's. Medical reasons, I'm not sure what. (and I wasn't going to ask, hell I'm not suppose to know that about him)
But to get rid of your foreskin because of a yeast infection? Get a second opinion. I've read about too many men getting a circumcision and then regretting it. Likewise I have heard of men getting one and being very happy, but those stories were more far and in-between.

It seems to me like women, heat, moisture, wearing wrong kind of underwear that doesn't breath, or none at all and a male (uncircumcised extra skin) could get a yeast infection. You have to keep yourself extra clean because of foreskin. If you choose Circumcision I am sure it can be done with no problem put you under or a local and do it as an out patient

You absolutely can be circumsised as an adult. It's done all the time for lots of reasons, including aiding hygeine. It is fairly inexpensive and can be done in a doctor's office. Ask your doctor about it.
Yes, men do get yeast infections too, even circumcised men. I am convinced that diabetic men get them more often though.

Yes, of course. Many are if necessary. Recurrent infections are treated this way. I have heard of 80 year old men who required circumcision because of tight foreskins being circumcised. Go for it you will not regret it.

Seems like anything's possible these days. If they can add a @@@@ then they can certainly remove some of one , too.
