You can get one in a variety of ways. One way is the yahoo toolbar, which has a popup blocker, another way is going to www.download.com and searching for popup blockers. If you have windows xp then you have a built in pop up blocker, you can adjust the settings so that it catches more popups.

Click on Tools (if you have Internet explorer) Pop-up blocker should be listed.
You can try clicking on Tools, Internet options, Privacy Tab. Look at the bottom for Popup Blocker.

Open up internet browser
click the tools tab
then go down to pop blocker

if you want to get one, you can download one from Google or Yahoo. If you want to disable one, you can usually hold the CTRL button down when you click a link (at least that's how it works with the google pop-up blocker).

I would ask your ISP if they provide it.
Or, there are programs availible at wal-mart to download pop up blockers.

If you are talking about on yahoo bar it is right beside the search & Highlight and the Norton antispam if you have it
