The festival of All Saints, also sometimes known as "All Hallows," or "Hallowmas" ("hallows" meaning "saints," and "mas" meaning "Mass"), is a feast celebrated in their honour. All Saints is also a Christian formula invoking all the faithful saints and martyrs, known or unknown. In the Catholic Church, it is one of the Holy Days of Obligation.

The Western Christian holiday (officially Festum omnium sanctorum in the Roman Catholic Church) falls on November 1, followed by All Souls' Day on November 2, and is a Holy Day of Obligation, with a vigil and an octave. All Saints among the Eastern Orthodox and Byzantine-rite Catholics follows the earlier tradition kept by the whole Church of keeping the feast on the first Sunday after Pentecost and as such marks the close of the Easter season.

These are both cathoilic holidays. All Saints Day is a holy day of obligation as described by the catholic church, where the church honors all its saints. All Souls day is a day of prayer and rememberence for all the living and deceased people of the world.

It doesn't matter what people think of Isaac Newton. It matters the way God judges him. He got a lot of things right. There is no immortal soul and no Trinity. He also thought that that Armageddon would come in the 21st century (because of Bible chronology) and it looks like he will be right.

I went to my mom and dad's grave site and washed off the headstone, put in new flowers, cried a little, then came home.
