I'd give it a 5. It was pitiful here. We had 6 or 7 trick or treaters. We usually have 50 to 60! It's really sad to compare the Halloweens of my childhood to the Halloweens of today. Crime rate is so high now a days. I guess parents are just afraid to take their kids door to door, as they should be. Sigh....the people in this country need to get it together. We, as a nation, have ruined Halloween!

Actual event, 3. Just because my 7 year old woke up yesterday morning with chickenpox so he wasn't into it at all, despite having been looking forwards to it for weeks.
