i lived with this girl for a year and we were the best of friends. but things turned sour between me and the guy we lived with and even though we said we'd go our seperate ways, she ended up moving in with him and another girl from our group who i dont really like. thing is,i've hardly seen my friend since and she doesnt seem to care...she says one thing and then does another or goes back on her word.she can get quite prickly sometimes so i dont know how to broach the subject with her...should i just forget about her or try to talk it out? please help, we're not kids here - we're 24/25!

Arrange to meet her and talk things through. Explain how your feeling. She might think that you've done something wrong. If you can't patch things up or she still messes you about go and get some more friends.

Write her a letter explaining your feelings. She's probably a bit wrapped up in her own life to notice whats occuring around her and a little wake up call may be all that's required.

At the end of the day, if she still messes you aound it's time to go and find a new bes friend! Life's too short!

The last thing you need is an untrustworthy friend. Forget about her, go out, have fun and make new friends. Maybe you'll even find one worthy of your friendship! At the end of the day its her loss x

Sounds like she aint that good of a friend, i'd say it gently see what the reaction is like then move on. if she doesnt care why should you. lifes too short to worry about people who dont worry about you.
