every day @ around 1 o'clock I get extremely tired. No matter how much I have eaten or how much sleep I got the night before. If I dont just lay my head down & take a tiny nap, I will just fall asleep

its kind of funny because I will wake up & there will be lines going across the paper from falling asleep while Im writing.

What could be causing this...I hate it & it is quite annoying.

do you drink any energy drinks or alot of caffine? if you do-then stop. plus-it could be from stress. i would get checked out by a doctor for diabetes

I go through spells where every day at 1:30 pm I will need a nap.
I mean for some reason my body just knows the time. I can set my watch by it. If I am driving I need to get to the nearest friend's or family member's house and lay down.
I have tried Iron pills and that has helped some.
I eat properly and rest fully at night but still I get an attack.
I wouldn't worry about it. Your body just needs the rest.

one of two possibilities come to mind... either you are a zombie... a member of the un-dead that walk the earth in search of their soul so that they may properly be put to rest... usually the result of a spell cast by a voodoo priestess... have you visited Haiti recently?... if not, it could be sleep apnea. you may want to start wearing a helmet... as this condition progresses, sleep state onset can become rather sudden... you could wind up with a concussion... or at verry least a really bad bump on your forehead from you hitting the desk as you zonk out...

this cud b a clear sign of stress. u need to take up some exercise, do work outs let ur body get more energy.
as u keep doin it, ur mind will gradually get concentrated to the work u do...there wont b any feelin or illusion round u...

It may be a condition called narcolepsy. Read this link. Does it sound like you? You should consult your phsyician.

put down the sugar and the coffee. sounds like a little pre-diabetes crash to me.

they say it is good for adults to re-energize...........some people need a small nap everyday..........it isn't you.........but if you don't take vitamins....maybe you should.......
