a pap smear is only to diagnose cancer so if it is pregnancy or std's you are worried about go have it checked out

It depends on where you live. Your parents may be able to see that information and if the doctor suspects abuse they are required by law to report that. Depending on your state, your health information may still be available to your parents, but that would be all. HIPAA mandates that all patient information be keep confidential. Try researching it on the internet. Planned Parenthood might be able to help you find out. I know that in Iowa it is confidential. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Everything related to health is confidential. The HIPPA laws govern this.
You could be pregnant at 15 and it still is confidential.

yes it is confidential. The only person that MAY have a right to your results is a parent or guardian but in some states not even they have access to gynecological exams.
