Is there a mortgage consultant in Singapore? Where can I get the best deal on refinancing my home loan and mortgage insurance?

I would assume the large banking institutions will be available to help you worldwide. If you use Bank of America, Citibank, Chase, etc, I'm sure they can point you in the right direction or work with their associates.

http://www.standardcharteredbank.com.sg is a good bank to start in Singapore or any branch of HSBC.com
