Yes the patriot act is it self a crime against freedom, his lies about wmds and invadeing iraq, the denial of basic rights to gitmo prisoners, like access to a lawyer and some have been freed yet they were tortured. His use of wire taps without warrants, the allowing suspects (bin ladden family) to fly out after 911 when the rest of the us was grounded.
