I did it four years ago, when I weighed less than I do now. It was the inca trail lite, however... you can get a train to halfway along it and just do 2 days walking. I was ill at the end for a couple of hours, and I almost passed out - but this was pretty much all dehydration, as I'm a coffee fiend and not very good at drinking water just for the sake of it. You'll be fine, I'm sure. It's not a marathon or anything.

if you have a hard time breathing after walking ten feet i wouldn't recommend it
