Tunisian divorce laws are very strict, especially if you have children. I contacted a lawyer here in Tunisia to get this info for you, and this is what they told me:

Since one is English and one is Tunisian, the conflict of laws and jurisdictions rules: it is the Tunisian Code of Private International Law - CPIL - promulgated by the statute n°98-97 dated on November 27th 1998.

The applicable law:

According to article 49 of this Code if divorce concerns Spouses having different nationalities, the applicable law is the law of the last common domicile.

Sine you are residing in England (and have been for quite some time), English law is the applicable law.

If I can be of any more help, feel free to contact me. Hope it helped!

The same way you would divorce anyone else. Go get the papers and/or get a Barrister.
