Venture capitalists do not invest in restaurants. Your best bet is to find a retired successful restaurateur in your area who is getting sick of playing golf. He and his golf buddies will bankroll you if they like you and your idea...

More information is needed. Where do you plan on doing this, and what's the idea?
The restaurant business is a tough one because you always have spoilage, and the hours are very long compared to the times that you're actually making money.

If you are interested in going a step further, maybe you could own a restaurant yourself. Try www.mgr.com (my grant resources). Fill out their brief form, and watch what happens. I am in the process at the present time, looking for a business. And, they are listed with the BBB.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!

Click on the "GoBig network" link near the bottom at the right side of this page:
https://ecommbiz.net/Online_Stores.html

They have postings of investors looking for investments and also let you post your requirements for an investor.

Good luck, I hope this helps.
