Yes. You can use the palm of your hand and thrust upwards into the nose of someone. If hit properly (right angle, correct amount of force) you can kill them.

Do you support the military? They do the same thing for the young enlisted members in the ranks. These programs are there to help those in lower paying jobs. At least they aren't on welfare. These people are working and in time, when they have more experience, will have better paying jobs and will not need government assistance. What is wrong with that? As to wages, wages are low for a reason. Want a higher wage? Get experience, gain value. No one is in business to give you anything. And the situation is no static. As you work and gain value, wages increase. But good try. Would help if you understood how business and the free market worked.
