I find it educational, learnt stuff on here I didn't know before and my spelling has improved. My son uses it for homework if he's struggling!
So I would say it is good!

It's really bad. I get highly distracted, and am on for hours when, in the back of my mind, I know that I have a lot of work that I should be doing, but I'm not. It's not good. But I've cut down a lot from what I used to be like during the summer when I'd be on all day. But I find it's just a good distraction when I get really stressed out and I just need a break.

I use Y! answers as a last resort, if i get really stuck on something and can't find anything on the internet, I ask it on here and within half an hour, I've got 4 or 5 answers, i then combine the information for my answers

Not much!!!! I left school far too long ago!!!
However i find it a nice distraction from my stupidly heavy workload....

use it as a last resort, but nevertheless, i find it very helpful on essays etc although it makes me waste time that i could spending on my work.

its bad, i get distracted from my schoolwork because i'm answering questions etc...my grades have worsened since i found yahoo answers!
