Glue sticks generally give you a very light coating of glue - while liquid glue (depending on how much you use) gives you thicker and thus heavier coverage

Heavier ? Which works better ??

Glue-sticks are simple and great for slapping two pieces of paper together... about it.

Liquid glue (Elmers) has great strength on porous surfaces... just not waterproof.

Good luck with whatever your project is.

it depends on ur usage. stick glue is best for papers, whereas liquid glue as 'uhu' is thicker n more firmer, which can be used on plastics, glasses, clothes,.. n also great for crafts. hope this helped.
