Total Freedom is only in anarchy, where one is free to kill whom ever they want, one is free to steal etc. But freedom is also to do good. You are free to help as many people as you can, you can have as much money, wives or husbands, you arenot restricted in anything. That is total freedom, which cannot maintain a society. FREEDOM, has no limits, but to maintain pure freedom is impossible. Many things is life are a theory, just random wording people think of that might make the world a better place. There are so many theories, nearly everything is a theory except that 1=1 and 1+1=2 this can be visualized and is fact. Everything else in this world is an opinion, even the thought that you are living on this world is a theory.

That is a really general question. Are you talking about freedom of movement by wearing a loose garment? Buy clothes two sizes too big and you will find out about that kind of freedom.
But, I believe you are talking about liberties. My answer is, kind of. Freedom is mostly a chosen state of mind. If there are actual oppositions to your chosen feeling of freedom then of course you don't have freedom. This is all part of operating inside the confines of a system.
Taxes are a confining factor of living in the USA but are only limiting to your freedom if you a) are looking at taxes as limiting your freedom or b) have your purchasing needs limited by the amount of taxes being taken. Otherwise, taxes are not a limitation on your freedom, and may end up facilitating other freedoms we take for granted.
Some may say their freedom is insured by the armed forces that keep guard over the country. These armed forces are paid for by the taxes that another may choose is limiting their freedom.
Again these are general perceptions of what freedom means to the individual. To answer your question Freedom is not only a theory, it is a chosen state of mind.

It's isn't exactly a theory - we all have some freedoms, that is, we don't have jailers preventing us from making choices. But real freedom means the freedom to do anything we like, but we do this within the framework of our personality. I am a clumsy, tactless person - I'm kind enough and generous enough - but I can make a dog's breakfast of almost anything I attempt. With this character I have worked to improve myself, but have made few inroads. I am free to be myself, but owe a debt to family, friends and colleagues who have been patient, critical and fairly kindly on the whole. I just don't have the freedom to be anybody else.

Complete freedom is not possible
Limited freedom is always available.
Freedom is be free any where in this world no questions asked and get food without much effort and able to reside any where without being interfered. Do that work which you like.

No Freedom is not a theory. It may seem like freedom comes with rules and regulations, but those rules and regulations are really the RESPONSIBILITY of freedom. The idea of freedom is a moral philosphical idea, so to think that its easy and/or free is absolutely foolish. Freedom is privelage. Of course you are not free to kill someone when it took someone dying in a war to allow you the freedom of making such an assanine remark in the first place!

I will like to give a straight forward answer to this question.
Readers are requested not to judge me by this answer.
Since this is only a very small part of what I am - not the other better, brighter and major constituents in me.
Now to the answer :
Freedom is not distributed like a piece of cake.
To get everlasting and ever increasing freedom it has to be supported by proper "energy" and "power"
My own additions to this theory :
That "energy" or "power" can be acquired and nourished to grow thorough perseverence, self control, restraint and a little suffering that one faces in day to day life. Be it professional or personal life. Consider this as an effort to get more of true freedom.
In summary
To acquire and sustain freedom, true freedom that is "gradually increasing" in nature one requires support of "energy" or "power".

the concept of freedom has been misunderstood by almost everybody, i can say freedom can exist, and i can also define freedom as; what ever you do its your freedom, you are free to do anything you like, but never harm any other person, i mean not to exceed you limits, the limits of your freedom stops at the limits of other person's freedom.this is the fact of freedom, away from what's happening in today's world, there is no complete freedom in our world today,

freedom is no theory. all of us are free. right now. we were born free, live free and will die free irrespective of external circumstance. whether we perceive ourselves to be free is another matter. the fact is that each one of us is free to do absolutely anything in thought, word or action. we choose not to because of social dictates, morals we have chosen to accept or limitations we put on our beliefs because we are too scared to face the possibilities. the truth is that the freedom we possess is limitless. just like our capacity for love and the power our mind.

No.Freedom is what you perceive it to be.You only allow certain impositions in your life. Ones that has to be followed such as governing rules by politicians that are made law.Their laws. Now if those laws were for the betterment of man kind then would be different. We still have the ability to be free to express our opinions. And to hopefully at least give resistance to what is not right in our world. We are free to take a stand. As for personal freedom ask yourself why you allow certain impositions.

I feel free. As free as humans can be on earth, anyway. Freedom, to me is the right to be who I am and stay who I am. If I like something I can fill me life with it.
