Ideally you should know the capacity of the cars coolent system, then work out how much to add as a percentage for say -10 degree's, this should be on the side of the antifreeze bottle, then drain enough water from the car, (tricky), and top it up with the determined amount of anti freeze via the expansion bottle, but my best advice is take it to a Garage cos i get the feeling you aint upto the above!!, definitely DONT put it in the Windscreen bottle as some people have suggested as this wont protect the Engine, which is what it is for, good luck

I would suggest you should take you car to a garage, some cars have a sealed heating system,The mechanic will also check to see if the water in your cooling system requires changing, and to get the mixture right you will require a hydrometer. Also if he has to drain the system there might be an air lock which can cause a problem with the heating better leave it to someone who knows..

take off the radiator cap fill it to the top start car with cap off if antifreese is bubbling water pump is good then turn off top off the radiator then fill the over flow tank to the cold full line. there are a number of pre mixed antifreese products it assures the right mix anti freese not only cools the motor but it has a specific boiling point so if you buy normal mix it yourself antifreese be carefull to get it 50/50 it has to be a leak check the hoses if nothing look at the oil dip stick if u blow a head gasket u will normaly see green specks in the oil a the another way to know if the water pump is bad it will be lealing antifreese

Yes just read the instructions on how to mix it and put it in your water coolant system and not the windscreen bottle like people are saying
