Send it by Indian post (Seamail is the cheapest). Your mother can take it to the wrapping wallah. Stick some Hindu god stickers all over the package to discourage any would be thieves!

No Mobile phones are Costiler in Dubai than India. Eg Samsung Galaxy S5 16GBin india is Rs45,000 but in Dubai it is Rs78,000( when you convert to indian Rupee). But Malaysia and Hongkong are much cheaper for Mobile phones. only during Ramzan you get huge discounts. US is one of the best markets for Mobiles and Laptops . and also for some Electronic gadgets -buy online

yes, get your pacage sewn in to WHITE linnen, very inportant and take it to the postoffice, take your pasport, thay might ask and you dont want to have to go back to get it, specially not with a ten kilo pack right! it might take between three weeks to three months to get there, good luck.
