Go to tools / Internet options /general/ clear and delete all,Files,Cookies, then click setting and delete all your files. Also set your history to 0 and when ever you shut down nothing will remain,But if you still have problem download a free window washer and wash every time you start to shut PC down Webroot has a really good one that will also go through your drives like c& d and the old files that you have UN installed but still have fragments in your pc,it will wash it and not harm your PC.But it is only a 30 day trial but well worth it for the trial

for all the below ur account need to posses Administrator /appropriate privilege..!!
**
go to Tools menu, take the Internet Options
their clear the History and days to keep as 0 days..
then clear the temp internet files and also check the offline content...and also the cookies ( be careful, if using some clients u may require d cookies then u need to manually delete except those ).. dat will do.
**
now if u simply want jus a few addresses to be removed frm IE... den go to the registry ( type regedit frm Run tab frm the Start menu).. goto to the below key..
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
Software\
Microsoft\
Internet Explorer
\TypedURLs
and simply delete which adderss u want..
but u need to do this everytime...
**
now if u want the cache to be cleared automatically each time u close the IE..
then find these key from the registry
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
Software\
Microsoft\
Windows\
CurrentVersion\
Internet Settings\
Cache]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\
Microsoft\
Windows\
CurrentVersion\
Internet Settings\
Cache]
create under each a new DWORD wit the exact name --> Persistent (or modify if already present) and giv its value as 0 for no files and 1 to keep files. Refresh / Restart for effect..

Go into control panel, double click the Internet Options icon, click on "Delete" in the 'Browsing History' section. This will (or should) remove your history trail.

seem right into a low priced keylogger software and set up it whilst he's no longer around. it is going to run interior the history and checklist each and every keystroke. regardless of the shown fact that, in case you employ my advice, don't be shocked if he dumps you if he finds out. in case you are able to no longer have confidence him, then you definately ought to have a frank verbal replace as to why you like him to pass away the history. the end results of that verbal replace ought to offer you a concept as to the form you ought to proceed.

Get CCleaner - www.ccleaner.com - that'll kill it (and other stuff). Make a system restore point beforehand if you're on XP; although I've had no problems.
